A data processing agreement is an agreement between a data controller (you as the customer or associate) and a data processor (Rainmaker 24 ApS), if the data processor processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.
Rainmaker 24 ApS will therefore be the data processor in relation to you as a customer or an associate, in connection with the delivery, support, maintenance, and further development of Microsoft Dynamics licenses, solutions and/or other solutions related to Azure, Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The data processing agreement is prepared based on a template from the Danish Data Protection Agency and is sent in connection with the cooperation.
